Looking to the need of the hour and no availability of updated Rules & Regulations governing Officers’ working in the Banking Industry, Federation thought it fit to publish the updated books on Rules & Regulations. So, Seven Books on Union Bank of India Officers’ Service Regulations (OSR), Pension Regulation, Discipline & Appeal Regulations, Conduct Regulations, Provident Fund Rules, Gratuity Rules and Rules governing Disciplinary Proceedings published. It’s a matter of pride and contentment for the Unionites that the Books published by the All India Union Bank Officers’ Federation were released by Our Honorable Managing Director and CEO, Shri. Raj Kiran Rai G. and Com. Soumya Datta, General Secretary, AIBOC alongwith Shri Brajeshwar Sharma, our respected General Manager (HRMD) during 1st All India Youth Convention held at Bengaluru on 8th September 2018.

It is a proud moment for AIUBOF to become pioneer in industry in providing LIVE Updated Rules & Regulations governing Officers in Banking Industry through our Website. Presently, these updated Rules and Regulations are not available anywhere except our Website. We also feel honored in providing soft copies of these books to HRM department of our esteemed Bank to publish the same at our Bank’s Website.
