· SDV/Strong Rooms, etc. of sizes other than A to L-1 –  Proportionate rent of the SDV of maximum size  that can be fitted into would be charged.
· Penal interest  @ 18% on rent overdue with the minimum of Rs.5 will be levied.
· Lockers can be leased for a period upto 3 years at a time subject to advance payment of rent.  However, there would not be any concession in case advance rent is paid by customer.
· The rent payable for the overdue period to the date of revision i.e. 14.02.2014 would be recovered at old rate and w.e.f. 15.02.2014 the rent at the revised rate would be recovered.  Where rent for 3 years has been recovered prior to revision, no difference would be recovered.   Such calculations should be rounded off to the nearest 6 months.
· Refund of advance rent may be allowed for the unexpired period in case the locker is surrendered before the expiry of the period of 3  years for which advance rent is paid. The refund will be made for unexpired period in complete years i.e. fraction of a year remaining in the year of surrender will be ignored. e.g. if the locker is surrendered after 1 year 4 months the refund will be allowed only for the period of 1year and not for 1 year 8 months.

The maximum processing charges for both FB & NFB working capital facility shall be Rs.25.00 Lacs + ST In case of Micro & Small enterprises (MSE), 25% concession in normal charges

Evaluation Fees: In case of agricultural advances no evaluation fee would be charged in view of non-availment of refinance from NABARD. However, processing charges as applicable to other advances would be recovered. In case of availment of refinance the charges will be levied as follows:

  • Evaluation fee will be charged on schematic lending, in case specific scheme is formulated through NABARD refinance.

In case of bank co-finance in specific project with NABARD, evaluation fee charged on case-to-case basis.

In case the facility is utilized during the intermittent period i.e. from the expiry of original limits till its renewal, processing charges at prescribed rates on pro-rata basis should be levied. Whenever short review is undertaken, processing charges from the expiry of original limit till short review should be recovered at the prescribed rates on pro-rata basis.
In case the facility is kept under abeyance during the intermittent period, processing charges need not be levied.
3. Adhoc sanctions   150% of normal charges for actual period of adhoc limit (Penal interest to be charged)
4. Non fund bases working capital   50% of charges levied for FB limits – Max Rs.25 lacs for both FB & NFB +ST @12.36% on basic charges.
5.Non fund based other than working capital 20% concession for MSME applications received online. 50% of charges levied for FB limits – Max Rs.20 lacs for both FB & NFB +ST @12.36% on basic charges.
6.Upfront recovery of processing fees Rs.1 crore & above – 50% while conveying sanction & 50 % at the time of disbursal +ST @12.36% on basic charges.
7.Refund of processing fees  75% refund if sanction is not agrred when conveyed. If the consent / acceptance for limits sanctioned is not given within 2 weeks, the processing charges recovered upfront will be forfeited.

8.No processing charges on : Advance against deposits, Advance sanctioned against security of gold for agriculture, Bank guarantee backed by 100% cash margin

9.Concessional processing charges: 50% processing charges + ST @12.36% on basic charges on advance against Government Securities, UTI/mutual fund units, NSCs, KVPs, IVPs, RIBs, IMDs.

10.5 Pre-payment charges In respect of term loans both priority and non-priority one time pre-payment penalty will be imposed @1% on the outstanding liability. Pre-payment is not applicable for working capital limits.
10.6 Commitment charges for unutilized limit / underutilize limits 0.5% p.a. on unutilized WCFB limits / Term Loan applicable for borrower with WCFB limits / TL of Rs.5 crores and above. In case of term loans, the commitment charges should be levied on unavailed portion with reference to draw down schedule.

2. Inland Letter of Credit

Collection of LCs established by other banks Negotiation charges and interest thereon are to be collected for the LC’s established by other banks. In such case, collection charges should not be levied.

2.17Letter of Credit Overdue Interest Overdue interest should be charged if the bill is not paid on due date.
This is applicable to demand / usance bills negotiated under LC opened by the branches. The reason for the same is  that in case of any default, the Bank, which has opened the LC would be liable to honour the commitment under the LC. The position where the LC is opened by another branch of the negotiating bank or by a branch of a bank other than the negotiating bank, does not affect the position of the negotiating bank / branch.

III.MERCHANTING TRADE

IV.INWARD REMITTANCES

iv).Encashment of Fc (others) Rupee value at the card rate quoted by Treasury to be given. No commission

a).Where the entire deferred payment guarantee commission is collected upfront. The rate of commission & rate of exchange (TT Sell) prevailing as on date of issuance of the DPG shall be applied. No further adjustment of commission arising out of future revisions in exchange rate shall be made.
b).Where the deferred payment guarantee commission is recovered on instalment basis. The rate of commission & rate of exchange (TT Sell) prevailing as on date of recovery of each installment shall be applied
c).In the event of early redemption of DPG 50% of commission for unexpired period of guarantee may be refunded subject to original guarantee being returned for cancelling or confirmation of no claims against the guarantee.
d).In the event of default of instalment Interest to be recovered at commercial rate of interest as prescribed from time to time from date of default to date of payment.
e).Where DPG is issued by one AD but instalment remitted through another AD. The latter shall compensate the AD which has issued the guarantee @0.125% commission in lieu of exchange on amount of remittance or to be recovered from customer.

The charges shall be collected on the specified period of liability of the guarantee. The specified period of the liability shall mean the actual validity period of the guarantee plus claim period.
