AIUBOF-114 PROMOTION PROCESS – COURT CASE

Think for a while!! After all in whose benefit this court case is??? A very very good no. of vacancies of scale-ll posts for RDOs  &  Marketting officers are there but Officers are held up for promotions. Delay causes irreparable loss to both in terms of cut off in future scales of promotion. Approx. 650 officers are eagerly waiting for transfers after completing 3 yrs. Whatever efforts are made by the Management so far, despite repeated follow up by majority organization, result is not encouraging. If development of our bank for businesses is the sole intention of our management by not addressing our core issue of promotion & transfers in the name of court case then probably officer community in Union Bank may alienate themselves from constructive business development. We want active & sincere participation of our management to resolve this court case immediately, filed by minority Organisation, to stop the harassment of Unionite. We, the majority organization of officers are always ready to resolve the issue & take our bank in the path of development. DEBASIS GHOSH, General Secretary, AIUBOF.

    role of minority organisation is very painful for our officers community so i humble request to aibouf leaders to resolve the issues immediately otherwise no options to quit union

    In Transfer policy there is nowhere written that transfer after 3 year is subject to promotion exam. court case is regarding promotion then why transfer process is stopped.Moreover calling for india union bank strike will be more fruitful than going for legal action, because the latter will take much time and we have lost our passion .

    legal action also takes time .we have already late
    so in my view for promotion process go for legal remedies but search a way for transfer back immediately who have completed 3 year by agitation or any other way because this is creating agony amongst officers and it also affect our mother institution business.
    so I req you to search a way for immediate transfer of officers who have completed 3 years out of zone service

    what sort of legal remedies available in impleading and approximate time frame for the process. also why our management are not concerned about the developments. officers in lower scales are asked to shoulder much higher responsibilities, like i am a scale 2 officer asked to head a scale 4 branch at a time when i am expecting my transfer to native state.

    how this impleadig is going to help . why management is silent on these issues. are they not concerned about the position of the bank. why the infighting between unions and how it is going to break the impasse. what legal remedies are available in a short period of time. if trfs are linked to promotion process then better to cancel process and continue with trfs alone.

    Sir we all know that human resource is the best assets for any organisation to move on the track of growth and every large corporate houses have identified them motivated them by having healthy HR policies. At the same time they could be big liability too if not properly nourished. We all are afraid it may not happens in our case . Many officers are waiting for promotions and back home tranfers and this unnecessary delay is making them unrest. My request to the big bosses is Please take positive move to motivate officers community in the banking industries by.taking positive decisions in the pending HR issues of promotions ang wage revision.

    In my opinion if we file court case against existing case it will take longer to transfer back those officers who have already completed 3 years out of zone. Instead of that we should find amicable solution to resolve this issue with our management. It would giver some result.

    Now the time has come 2 quit the union bcz we have 2 live on our own fate.Nobody is bothered ,neither Govt,IBA nor our union leaders who celeberate with cocktail party. Why r we wasting rs 100/p.m hard earned money. Get united & take a call on this. Dont let people 2 play with our emotions.

    now our productvity has come down,no one is doing their work with full of interest. Wr are also frustrated because not getting correct news,actually what is going on.plz give the update.if still managment is adament plz call the internal strike,we are always with u. Thankyou

    ISSUE: ON PAN INDIA LEVEL,MONTHLY MOBILE BILL RE-IMBURSEMENT TO SERVICE BRANCH OFFICERS HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED AFTER APRIL-2014.IT HAS TO BE REINSTATED AS THE MOBILES ARE BEING USED BY THESE STAFF FREQUENTLY FOR SMOOTH BANKING SERVICES TO CLIENTS.

    today a mail is circulated by the minority organisation stating there is no case pending with madras high court regarding conducting promotion process. what is happenning the Bank.

  32. Dear Dada, kindly persue the Management to bring about, out of court settlement and settle the issue.It can easily be done by seeking sanction from the Board. I think this step only can bring normalcy early.
